September 20, 2021

The COVID virus has presented many challenges to both individuals and businesses, and information and guidance – especially at the state level – has been confusing at best. Yucca Tap Room has joined a group of local venues to establish a collaborative front of policies that we feel are best practices for mitigating the spread of COVID throughout our facilities – and beyond.

Yucca Tap Room has the unique distinction among our fellow venues of operating all day, 365 days a year – beyond the typical individual event schedule. We are a fully functional business in addition to providing various forms of entertainment. Luckily, there is some flexibility within our group to formulate guidelines that fit our particular business and/or situation, and we have done our absolute best to do just that, given the specific situations we face. As such, please note the following regulations:

Yucca Tap Room requires all patrons and performers to provide proof of vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 PCR test performed within 72 hours prior to entry (RAPID/ANTIGEN TESTS NOT ACCEPTED). This applies to situations where social distancing is difficult – generally where larger groups are congregating. We will establish a checkpoint at our front patio entrance to verify everyone's status.

Any of the following forms of proof will be acceptable:
• Your vaccine card
• Photo of your vaccine card on your phone
• Proof of vaccination via (*CLEAR app will also suffice)
• Negative COVID-19 PCR test result obtained within 72 hours of the event

You can find free Maricopa County Testing Sites here:

Masks are highly recommended as one additional form of protection for you and your fellow attendees – regardless of vaccination status – but will not be required to enter.

The policy will be updated as needed and in concert with both government regulations and NIVA suggestions. Our intentions are to keep everyone safe and our doors open. Thank you for understanding.
