Booking Guidelines:

*You have 3 options when booking our room:
1. No cover (free show); bands are paid 10% of the bar ring.
2. No cover (free show); bands are paid 20% of the bar ring minus $300 for house expenses.
3. Paid/cover show, band(s) set the appropriate cover. Bands are paid 100% after $400 total house expenses and organizer must supply a door person.

*No shows will start earlier than 7:30pm. No exceptions.

*Before a date/show is confirmed, we must have a full lineup and payment structure established.

*Ticketing supplied by the house will have a $1 per ticket fee attached to the face value. Taxes and fees created by the ticketing agency cannot be negotiated.

*Bands and/or organizers will be paid via check, unless cash is charged at the door (only). Any credit charges or tickets supplied by the house will be paid out via check one of two ways:
 a. ONE check goes to the organizer and it is that person’s responsibility to payout any supporting artists as they see fit.
 b. The organizer can decide, in advance, how they want the payout broken down and SEPARATE checks can be issued.

*Advances will now go out 1 week prior to the show date to confirm load-in, set-times, door times (when applicable), etc. This will be sent to the person who has been in contact to set up the show. If no reply is had within the week, the venue reserves the right to operate the event as they see fit.

*Thursdays are prioritized for local bands and showcases. Please note that other events may take precedence over this rule from time to time.
